1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
📌 Note: Due to hygiene reasons, used or washed products are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return:

- Share your order ID, issue details, and product images/videos
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
📌 COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products on clearance or sale
- Used or damaged by customer
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
